Application
Coal gasifier is one of the high production capacity and high gasification efficient gasifier. The coal gasifier is widely used in metallurgical,mechanical,chemical industry, nonferrous metal industry and other industries. It is used to convert the combustible matter into combustible gas which could utilize the industrial gas and heating various furnaces or the products directly. Functions:
1.Provide qualified air temperature and air volume, meet the heating capacity.
2.The furnace temperature is stable, and the furnace is filled with orange and transparent flame. The flue gas oxygen content is below 4%.
3.The burning off rate of the furnace reach 98%, with reasonable wind distribution, which will not produce coking phenomenon. Hot air furnace will not use manually slag discharging, while using mechanical automatic bottom slag discharging.
4.It will not have large amount of heating elimination with a good insulation system. The outside temperature will be less than 50 °C.
